If you are in need of Technical support, or has any problem that could not have been solved by the sales personnel, you may request product return. Fill in the product return form as the first step.
This form has to be filled in completely. It will be responded as soon as possible.
Send the products back in their original packages. Your return requests for the products that have been damaged due to in adequate packing may no be responded positively. Use external protective box in order to avoid it from getting damaged during transport. Product return is not applicable for food, beverage, and software products.
